MyCalPoly Student Event Announcements

Submission Guidelines

Submissions are accepted ONLY from:


– Chartered student clubs and organizations
– Student Life & Leadership programs
– ASI Events
– IRA programs

No announcements from off-campus groups or entities will be considered.

Announcements run a maximum of five consecutive days and should be submitted one week prior to the requested start date. Only one announcement per event will be posted. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of Student Life & Leadership. Student Life & Leadership may edit submissions for brevity and appropriateness.
