SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS — KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A TWO PART PROCESS

Before you sign up for WOW, please have the following items available:

– A connection to a working printer to print the summary of your reservation for your records.
– Be prepared with some method of payment, you must pay online by credit card (no Visa, just MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) or by e-check.

– You will need to submit your payment prior to reserving a space at WOW. This is the first step after accessing signups on the MyCalPoly Portal.

You can Click here to make a WOW payment prior to signing up, but keep your reciept number ready to input in the portal sign up process.

Once you have placed a payment, save your payment confirmation number.
You will need it to reserve a space at WOW.

– Your Cal Poly User ID and Password. Your CalPoly User ID and Password are the ones you use to sign into my.calpoly.edu. If you have lost this information, or if you are unclear about what these are, please call the WOW Office at (805) 756-2487.

– Log in to your MyCalPoly Portal. Once you've logged in, find and access the channel with the WOW logo under the "ORIENTATION" tab. If you cannot find it, please add the channel by doing the following:

– Click on the "ORIENTATION" tab at the top of the screen.
– Click on the Add Content button in the upper right corner of the screen.
– In the first column of the Add Content table, click on STUDENT LIFE.
– In the second column select WOW NEW STUDENT SIGNUP and then click the Add to my page button.
– With the new channel added, you will now find the channel with the WOW logo under the "ORIENTATION" tab. You may proceed onto the next steps.

Click on this icon in order to maximize the panel for optimal viewing and printing.

Now, follow the instructions before you on the MyCalPoly Portal to complete the WOW reservation process.
