SOAR - Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration

Welcome to SOAR

Thank you for signing up to stay overnight for SOAR. We look forward to meeting you! Please review the following information before you arrive on campus.

On Campus Housing Check-In & Check Out

SOAR participants and parents who are scheduled to stay overnight in an on-campus residence hall may check in at the Sierra Madre Front Desk anytime after 10:30 a.m., on the scheduled day of arrival. At this point you will receive more detailed information about the halls.

On the date SOAR overnight guests are scheduled to check out, guests are asked to have all personal belongings removed from the room, and return room key(s) directly to the Sierra Madre Front Desk, no later than 8:30 a.m.

Sierra Madre Front Desk

The Sierra Madre Front Desk will be staffed from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. to assist SOAR overnight guests.

Accommodations

Include all bed linens, towels and washcloths. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries, including soap and shampoo.
