SOAR Reservations Are Now CLOSED

If you have not already paid for SOAR, reservations are now closed. You will receive information shortly on how to access your class schedule and get additional advising information.

Reservation Change/Cancellation Policy:

Please choose your date carefully! There will be NO REFUNDS for NO-SHOWS or LATE CANCELLATIONS.

Changing reservation: Any change to your reservation is subject to availability and must be made at least one week in advance of your assigned session date. There is a service charge of $15 per change.

Canceling reservation: Cancellation to your reservation must be made at least one week in advance of your assigned session date in order to receive a partial refund. There is a service charge of $25-$60* to cancel a reservation. Individual guest meals are non-refundable.
