To secure your spot at SOAR, your payment and
reservation will need to be posted 5 business days prior to your
session date. Please see your college page for specific
deadlines.
Although we do not anticipate space filling up as soon as the reservation process opens, there is a limit
to the number of students we can accommodate each day.
The July 9 & 10 program
reservation deadline has now passed. Students who cannot attend
SOAR from the College of Agriculture, Food & Environmental
Sciences should review OnLine Advising
(OLA) and contact the department of their major if they have
additional advising questions.
Before you sign up for SOAR, please have the following items available:
- A connection to a working printer to print the summary of your reservation for your records.
- Be prepared with some method of payment, you must pay online by credit card (no Visa, just
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) or by e-check.
- You will need to submit your payment prior to reserving
a space at SOAR.

- Once you have placed a payment, save your payment
confirmation number. You will need it to reserve a space at
SOAR.
- Your Cal Poly User ID and Password. Your CalPoly User ID and Password are the ones you use to
sign into my.calpoly.edu. If you have lost this
information, or if you are unclear about what these are, please call the
SOAR Office at (805) 756-2233.
- Once you've logged in, if you cannot find the channel with the
SOAR logo, please add the
channel by doing the following:
- Click on the Customize option in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the first column of the User Preferences table, click on the
Add Channel button.
- From the drop-down menu select SOAR Signup and then click the
Add button.
- With the new channel added, look for the channel with the
SOAR logo. Then, click on this
 icon in order to maximize the panel for
optimal viewing and printing.
If you have all of these ready, including your payment
confirmation number, please proceed to the SOAR reservation process at
http://my.calpoly.edu.
