EOP, Student Support Services, and LSAMP transfer
students in the College of Engineering, College of Liberal
Arts and College of Science & Mathematics will be invited to
attend this day. If your major belongs to another college, you
should attend on the designated day for your major. A
tentative schedule for the day can be found below.

Includes an academic portfolio, a 2007-09 Cal
Poly catalog, parking permit for the day and one lunch

SOAR Refund Policy
Your partial refund request for SOAR fees (student and
parent)
will need to be authorized by the program supervisor. Lunch
tickets are non-refundable. You
must request a cancellation 24 hours before the start of
your program session day. A refund request that is approved is subject to a cancellation fee
of $40 to cancel a student reservation and $20 to cancel a parent
reservation. Again, requests for refunds will not be considered
after your program session has begun. Request must be made in writing
(Preferred by e-mail to
soar@calpoly.edu
; Subject line: Refund Request for SOAR - student's name).
We ask that your request include the following information:
- Purpose for request
- Student's full name
- Student's major
- Student's e-mail address
- Student's phone number
- What was originally ordered (student reservation, parent
reservation, additional lunch tickets)
