Cal Poly is committed to ensuring a
successful transition to campus life for parents, supporters and
their student. Through this commitment, Cal Poly offers services
for families to stay informed and involved with the Cal Poly
experience that include:
- A specialized webpage for parents/supporters of newly admitted
students called a V.I.P. page. Similar to a student V.I.P. page,
this unique V.I.P. page gives families immediate access to:
- Current information regarding the admission process;
- Brief articles and features about several issues relating to
this exciting time;
- A timeline of important dates from now until classes begin in September;
- Links to special e-messages every new student receives from Cal Poly;
- Links to department and college websites.
- Parents were sent letters at the beginning of April regarding
this special V.I.P. page and can contact the admissions office
for further information.
- Check out the Parent Program which offers resources and a
networking connection to other parents of Cal Poly students.
Parents/Supporters are encouraged to make contact with the
Parent Program after you enroll in your first quarter.
