10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Math Placement Exam (MAPE) Testing
Students who take the MAPE will receive their results in the Advising Session at 2:45 p.m. The results will be used in selecting a math course for Fall quarter.
   
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Academic Excellence Seminar
Hear from an engineering professor about what it takes to be successful in college and what is expected of you in the college classroom.
   
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Disability Resource Center Drop-In
The Disability Resource Center (DRC) will be available to meet with students on a drop-in basis between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
   
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Resource Fair
Speak with University staff from various campus departments to learn about resources and ask questions.
   
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Workshops (Attendance Based on Interest)

Students will be separated by major during this session. Students will work with an academic advisor to plan their first quarter schedule.

A representative will be available to answer questions. (i.e. What credit will I get at Cal Poly from the course I took at my local community college?)

You can take your picture today and then pick up your ID card when you arrive in September and avoid the huge lines!
