Welcome to The Community CENTER!
The Community CENTER creates and sustains reciprocal learning partnerships among the members of the local, regional, and global communities. Through intentional and interactive experiences curricular understanding is enhanced, civic and social awareness is increased and the complexities of the human condition are better addressed.
The CENTER's offerings focus upon issues of social justice and the importance of each individual's contribution to the common good. The CENTER's programs assist in the development of attitudes and values that encourage every University member to meaningfully contribute to the place in which in they live.
The Community CENTER connects students with service activities at local non-profit agencies.
