Change the Status Quo is designed to educate and network
activists on multiple issues, bringing together people
who share a passion for making a difference in their
community and the world. The conference encourages
participants to challenge stereotypes, demand solutions,
and use education to make lasting changes. The
theme—Educate, Motivate and then Activate—aims to give
participants tangible tools to be effective advocates
for social change.
Workshops are hosted by students, professors, and
non-profit organizations.
Come spend a day with other students and members of our
community who share your passions for social change and
activism. Enjoy a local, organic breakfast and lunch on
Saturday.
Are you interested in presenting a workshop? Workshop proposal forms (doc)
are due December 16!
Registration is $15 for students (colleges and high
schools) and $25 for non-students.
Registration includes conference, local/organic breakfast,
local/organic lunch, organic cotton T-shirt, and optional
